That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Official Plat thereof, described as follows :
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Parcel 1 of the land described in Deed to San Diego Gas & Electric Company recorded September 11, 1968 at Recorder's File/Page
No. 156163 of Official Records of said County of San Diego, being also the most Southerly corner of the land conveyed to Carlsbad Municipal Water District by Deed recorded May 8, 1968 at Recorder's File/Page No. 76853 of said Official Records; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the boundary of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of said San Diego Gas &
Electric Company's land North 49' 54' 33" East, 223.55 feet to the most Northerly corner of said Parcel 2; thence South
60° 36' 27" East, 117.58 feet to Point "Brr described in said Parcel 1; thence along the Northwesterly line of said Parcel 1 and the Southwesterly prolongation thereof South 2g0 23' 33"

herein described; thence North 61° 30' 10" West, 140.95 feet to the beginning of a tangent 596.17 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 3* 50' O3", a distance
of 39.90 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of the land conveyed to Carlsbad Municipal Water District by Deed recorded May 8, 1968 at Recorder's Pile/Page No. 76853 of said Official Records, distant thereon North 49O 54' 33'' East, 43.01 feet from the most Southerly corner thereof.
Also reserving unto Grantor, its successors and
assigns, the right to construct and maintain cuts and fills
on the lands adjacent to the above described road and public
utility easement, to the extent necessary to construct and
maintain said road.

Water District organized and existing under the Municipal
Water District Act of 1911, as amended, is hereby accepted by
order of the Board of Directors of CAR-LSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT on September 3 , 19 - 75, and the Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
