Diego, State of California as shown on Parcel Map No. 12907 on file in theoffice oftheRecorder of saidcounty; the centerline
of said 15.00 foot strip is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along the Northerly line of said Lot 1, North 74°1111611 West 118.20 feet to a point on the arc of a nontangent 4,500.00 foot radius curve concave Westerly, a radial line to said point bears South
75O50'34" East, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of
