which may interfere with reasonable and proper use of the said right of w
easement by the Grantee; provided, however, that a dedicated street may lo1
over and upon said easement.
Depth of pipelines shall be in accordance with good engineering p Grantee shall be solely r.esponsible for any pipeline relocation costs wh become necessary by reason of the future alignment of Chestnut Avenue, or
reason of any requirement of Grantee relative to alignment of any future
located partly or wholly within the boundaries of this easement.
