An easement for drainage and public utility purposes on,
over, aero99 and through the hereinafter described land.
In the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California:
Parcel 1
The Southwesterly 20.00 feet of the Northeasterly 400 feet of
Lot twenty-three (23) together with that portion of the
Southeasterly 10.00 feet of Oak Avenue as vacated and closed
to public use adjoining the Northwesterly line of said Lot
twenty-three (23) of Patterson's Addition to the Town of
Carlsbad, according to the map thereof No. 565 filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County September 22
1888.
