Beginning at the southeast corner of El Camino Mesa, Unit No. 6,
subdivision as shown on Map No. 6988 filed in the office of said
County Recorder on July 15, 1971, said point being also on the
westerly line of a 75-00 foot wide right of way as described in deed to the San Diego Gas & Electric Company recorded February 14,
1969 as File/Page No. 25445 of .the Official Records; thence South
89050'00" East on a prolongation of the South boundary line of sa,
El Camino Mesa, Unit No, 6, 75-51 feet to the Westerly line of a
75.00 foot wide easement described in deed to the San Diego Gas &
