Being an easement over a portion of Tract NO. 237, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to a map thereof of No. 1681, filed in the office of the Recorder of said San Diego County, December 9, 1915,
for water line purposes over, under, upon and across a strip of land 15.00 feet wide, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point of the Centerline of Chinquapin Avenue, distant thereof South 61-21-00 West 561.80 feet from its intersection with the centerline of Adams Street, as shown on said map No. 1681, thence North 28-39-00 West 30.00 feet to the True Point of BeRinning; thence continuing North 28-39-00 West 188.00 feet to Point "A", thence continuing
North 28-39-00 West 145.39 feet; thence North 16-21-00 East 26.82 feet: thence North 28-39-00 West 23.54 feet to a
Point of Termination; excepting therefrom the most Westerly 5 feet of the most Northerly 20 feet thereof.
Also including an Easement over a strip of land being 15-00 feet wide, the centerline being described as follows:
Commencing at beforementioned Point "A", thence North 61-21-00 East 15-00 feet to a Point of Termination,
