1221 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
November 4, 1909.
EASEMENT B - for Public Access and Storm Drain Purposes over, under, around and through the following described property:
The most southeasterly 10 feet of Lot 46, in Block A of Hayes Land
Company Addition to Carlsbad Map No. 2 in the City of Carlsbad, County
