To be used for the purpose of placing, constructing, repairing, and maintaining, and using pipe and fittings there- on; and the transmission of water for all purposes for which it may be used and also the perpetual right to replace, maintain, and repair all pipe and fittings installed upon the described real property and to that end, and for that purpose to go upon said land to place, construct, repair and replace said pipe and fittings, and maintain the same in a suitable and proper condition for use.
