a strip of land 84 feet wide, 42 feet each side of the following describe2 center 15
BEGI.XLTKG at Engineer's Station 151+OC on the center 11D.e of Road Survey 1800 and
referre6 to in Parcel 66155-8 of deed to the County of San Diego recorded October
19, 1966 as Document No. 167629 in the Office of the Recorder of said County; thence
northerly along said center line 267.55 feet to Engineer's Station 153447.55; thenct
easterly, radial to said center line of Road Survey 1800, 63 feet to the easterly
' line-of said Parcel 661554 and the TRUE POINT OF BEGIXXIXG; thence continuing alon;

ALSO, that portion of said Lot 4; lying easterly of said easterly line of Parcel 66:
