Recorder of San Diego County, described as follows:

Chinquapin Avenue, South 610 21' West 557.98 feet; thence South
28' 39' East 689.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
South 59" 35' 15" West 130.06 feet; thence South 44" 14' 50"
West 68.01 feet to the Easterly line of land conveyed to
Howard S. mothers, et ux, recorded January 22, 1929, as
Document No. 4470 in Book 1587, page 23 of Deeds; thence along
said Easterly line, South 28O 39' East 485.05 feet to the
Southerly line of said Tract 238; thence along said Southerly

of a Resubdivision of the a portion of Tracts 238 and 243 of Thum Lands, according to Map thereof no. 2103, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County of San Diego; thence Horth
28' 44' 48" West, along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 12, being also the Northeasterly line of the above described property, a distance of 163.27'feet to the !EWE POINT OF BM;INEJING of the referehce line herein described, said point being a point on the
arc of a 45.00 foot radius curve, concave Northwesterly, a
radial line passing through said point bears South 87' 15' 18" East;

concave Mortherly; thence Westerly along the am of said curve

Grantor and their successors or assigns shall not erect or construct, or '
