FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

and Chinquapin Avenue: thence along the centerline of Chinquapin ,

feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence South 59O 35' 15" Wes
130.06 feet: thence South i44°-14t 50" West 68.01 feet to the East'
line of land conveyed to Howard S. Crothers, et ux, recorded Janu
22, 1929, as Document No. 4470 in Book 1587, Page 23 of Deeds; th
along said Easterly line South 28O 39' East 485.05 feet to the So
erly line of said Tract 238; thence along said Southerly line Nor
63O 44' 20" East 195.17 feet to the intersection with the line be
South 28O 39' East from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence North
39' West 517.18 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
