Laterals will be stubbed to the street right-of-way limits. This shall include electric, cable, telephone, gas, sewer, storm drain and'water laterals. Laterals sha!! be G€ sufficient size t~ serve ap tc I?~T?,z (9) units. Senk~ hterals will not include installation of wires, valves, and meters for utility service. Empty conduits only will be installed. One 30-foot wide driveway approach will be provided.
