Said tempomy easement shall expire automatically on July 1, 1996 or upon the signing of a Notice of Completion by the City Engineer of the City of Carlsbad for Project No. 3348, Poinsettia Park, whichever occurs first. Said temporary easement shall be 170' in width, the centerline of this temporary easement being described in Exhibit "A", consisting of one (1) page, attached hereto and made a part hereof. This temporary easement will become null and void if Greystone Homes begins grading on Hidden Valley Road by September 1, 1995.
