Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Highland Drive and Magnolia Avenue
as shown on said Map 1681; thence southerly along the centerline of Highland Drive
South 28"39' East 50.00 feet; thence South 61"21' West 30.00 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING, said TRUE POINT OF BEGlNlNG also being a point on the beginning
of a tangent curve, concave to the south and having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence along
said curve a distance of 31.42 feet through a central angle of 9O"OO'OO"; thence North
