County Recorder of said County, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Valley Street and Oak Avenue as shown on
said map; thence proceeding along the centerline of Valley Street South 34O32'45" East a
distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 55O2715" West a distance of 30.00 feet to a point on the
Southwesterly right-of-way line of Valley Street and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
31.42 feet along a tangent curve concave Southerly having a radius of 20.00 feet; through an
