SEWER PURPOSES, EASEMENT rrDrr
The center of a 12 foot sewer easement located in a portion of
Section 32, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to United States Government Survey
approved December 27, 1870, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of El Camino Real (A-I3 B)
according to Road Survey 1800-65 filed in The Office of The County
Engineer of said San Diego County, said point being Station 140 +
82.71, and the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and havi
a radius of 2500.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along said centerli
curve through a central angle of 6O26'58l1, an arc distance of
281.41 feet; thence leaving said centerline South 57°37'08!r West,
174.39 feet; thence North 32O22'52" West, 30.00 feet, to a point c
a non-tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
270.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South 32022'5Zf' Ea:
