The centerline of a 12,OO foot drainage easement located in a
portion of Section 32, Township I1 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of :
Diego, State of California, according to United States Government
Survey approved December 27, 1870, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of El Camino Real (A-I3 B)
according to Road Survey 1800-65 filed in the Office of The Count)
