of Section 32, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Ba
and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
December 27, 1870, described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the centerline of El Carnino Real (A-I3 B) according to Road Survey 1800-65 filed in the Office of The Count
Engineer of said San Diego County, said point being Station 140 +
82.71, and the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and haw
a radius of 2500.00 feet, thence Northwesterly along said center1 curve through a central angle of 6O26'58" an arc distance of 281.
feet; thence leaving said centerline South 57O37'08" West, 174.39
