Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 96; thence
along the Easterly line of said lot South 24O25'34" East
(Record South 24'19'36" East) 39.20 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence leaving said Easterly line and continuing
