filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County 01
April 13, 1982, the centerline of said 15.00 foot easement being mort
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 14 of said Map No. 10372
said point lying on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Loke
Avenue West; thence Northwesterly along said right-of-way line Nort
29'42'43" West 331.61 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thenc
leaving said right-of-way North 60'17'17" East 2.00 feet to the begin
ning of a tangent 45.00 foot radius curve -concave Northwesterly
thence Northeasterly and Northerly along the arc of said curve throug

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated August 21, 1986
from Kaiser Development Co.
to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation,
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California pursuant to resolution No. 8838 , adopted
on October 7, 1986 , and the grantee consents to the
.recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
