The certain strip of land shown on Map No. 1681, of THUM Lands, the City of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1681, filed in the Off
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 9, 1915, 1; between the northeasterly line of Tract 225 of said THUM Lands, the southwesterly line of the Right-of-way of Atchison, Topeka l Santa Fe Railway Company, and between the northeasterly
prolongations of the northeasterly and southeasterly lines of Si
Tract 225.
Together with that portion of said Tract 225 described as follor
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Tract 225, said corner being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the property herein described; thence along the northeasterly line of said Tract 22! CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant dated February 2, 1984
from Renee D. Gaitaud
to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation,
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsba
California pursuant to resolution No. 7568 , adopted
