CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the deed or grant
dated April 10, 2001, from Crest Lots, L.P., a California Limited Partnership, to the City
of Carlsbad, a Municipal Corporation, is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September 16,
1997, and the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
