Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map No. 535,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, May 2, 1888, described
as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 16; thence North 55’36‘45”
East along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 16, a distance of 25.00 feet to a
point of cusp with curve having a radius of 25.00 feet, said curve being tangent
to said Northwesterly line and tangent to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 16;

CERTIFICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the GRANT DEED OF

Corporation to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation, is hereby accepted by
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted
on September 16, 1997, and the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer.
