An easement being a portion of Lots 13 and 14 of Rancho Las Encinitas Map No. 848 in the City
of Carlsbad, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of that certain document granted to the City of Carlsbad as
Document No. 1992-0597007 on file in the Office of said County Recorder; thence along the
South line thereof South 87O 18'48" West 483.59 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
leaving said South line North 53O48'58" West 369.45 feet; thence North 35O37'30" East 445.51
feet to the beginning of a tangent 650.00 foot radius curve concave Southeasterly; thence
Northeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 57O09'52" a distance of
648.51 feet; thence South 2O41'12" East 30.14 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent 620.00
foot radius curve concave Southeasterly to which a radial line bears North 3O03'19" East; thence
Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 57O25'49" a distance of
