IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO DEDICATE AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC TRAIL
PURPOSES
That portion of Lot 3 of the City of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-08, in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 13997, filed July IO, 2000 in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
A strip of land 12.00 feet wide over a portion of said Lot 3, the sidelines of said strip being 6.00
feet Westerly and 6.00 feet Easterly, measured at right angles, from the following described
centerline:
Beginning at the Southerly corner common to Lot 3 and Lot 4 of said Tract No. 92-08; thence
Easterly along the Southerly line of said Lot 3, North 88” 14’ 44” East, 34.22 feet to the True
Point of Beninninq;
Thence leaving said Southerly line, North 01” 15’ 33” West, 272.95 feet to a point in the
centerline of an existing “Irrevocable Offer” to dedicate Easement for Public Trail purposes, as
shown” on said Map No. 13997, said point being 230.04 feet Northerly from the Southerly
terminus of that certain course shown as “North 04” 37’ 45” East, 434.03 feet” on said Map No.

The sidelines of said strip being shortened or lengthened on the North so as to terminate on
