portion of Lot “G” of Ranch0 Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 823, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, more particulary described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwesterly corner of Parcel 1 of PARCEL MAP NO. 15661, filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 5,1989, said point being the
intersection of the center line of Laurel Tree Lane and the Easterly 51.00 foot halfwidth
sideline of Aviara Parkway as dedicated per said Parcel Map 15661;
