Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
Whereas, Puesta del Sol, A California Limited Partnership, as owners, have made an
Irrevocable Offer To Dedicate Public Access Easement per Record 83-346921 filed in
the Office of The County Recorder of San Diego County, September 28, 1983.
Now, therefore, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Irrevocable Offer of
Dedication from Puesta del Sol, A California Limited Partnership and authorizes the City Clerk
to execute this acceptance.
