Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
Whereas, F&M and Associates, a Joint Venture, as owners, have made an Irrevocable
Offer To Dedicate Open-Space Easement per Record 83-369313 filed in the Office of
Tt le Coutny Recorder of San Diego County, October 13, 1983.
Now, therefore, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Irrevocable Offer of
Dedication trom F&M and Associates, a Joint Venture and authorizes the City Clerk to execute
this acceptance.
