Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
Whereas, Janet Parry, Nancy Parry, Vivian V Kluss, Patricia Fron, Joseph S. Miller, and
Dortha Nell Miller, as owners, have made an Irrevocable Offer To Dedicate Public
Access Easement per Record 84-018686 filed in the Office of The County Recorder of
San Diego County, January 17,1984.
Now, therefore, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication from Janet Parry, Nancy Parry, Vivian V Kluss, Patricia Fron, Joseph S.
Miller, and Dortha Nell Miller and authorizes the City Clerk to execute this acceptance.
