Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
Whereas, Edna M. Glissman as to an undivided one-half interest and C.R. Perkett and M. Jean
Perkett, husband and wife, as joint tenants as to an undivided one-half interest, as owners,
have made an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of the following described property:
Being that portion of Parcels 1, 2 and 3 of Minor Subdivision No. 300, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Parcel Map thereof No. 6328, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County September 6, 1977, more particularly described
as follows:
The southwesterly 17 feet of said Parcels 1, 2 and 3 measured at right angles to the
southwesterly line thereof.
And, whereas, such offer is for the purpose of Park Drive public right-of-way.
Now, therefore, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Irrevocable Offer of
Dedication from Edna M. Glissman, C.R. Perkett and M. Jean Perkett and authorizes the City
Clerk to execute this acceptance.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER OF DEDICATION
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the OFFER OF
DEDICATION, dated December 13, 2005. from Edna M. Glissman and C.R. Perkett and M. Jean
Perkett. to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation, is hereby accepted by the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on
September 16, 1997, and the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer.
