Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
Whereas, Herbert S. Mooney and Mary S. Mooney and Russell W. Grosse and Mary E.
Grosse, as owners, have made an Irrevocable Offer To Dedicate Public Access
Easement per Record 86-586346 filed in the Office of The County Recorder of San
Diego County, December 15, 1986.
Now, therefore, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication from Herbert S. Mooney and Mary S. Mooney and Russell W. Grosse and
Mary E. Grosse and authorizes the City Clerk to execute this acceptance.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER OF DEDICATION
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the OFFER OF
DEDICATION, dated January 7,2005, from Herbert S. Mooney and Mary S. Mooney and
Russell W. Grosse and Mary E. Grosse, to the City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal
corporation, is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, pursuant
to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September 16, 1997, and the grantee consents to the
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
