Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
Whereas, Native Sun-Carew, a General Partnership, as owners, have made an
Irrevocable Offer To Dedicate Open-Space Easement per Record 84-309898 filed in
the Office of The County Recorder of San Diego County, August 15, 1984.
Now, therefore, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication from Native Sun-Carew, a General Partnership and authorizes the
City Clerk to execute this acceptance.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER OF DEDICATION
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the OFFER OF
DEDICATION, dated January 7.2005, from Native Sun-Carew, a General Partnership, to the
City of Carlsbad, California, a municipal corporation, is hereby accepted by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-422, adopted on September 16,
1997, and the grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
