ACCEPTANCE OF IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION
WHEREAS, Gary Robertson and Brian Robertson as co-successor trustees of the
Robertson Family 1995 Trust, dated April 19,1995, as to an undivided one-half interest; Gary
Robertson and Brian Robertson, co-successor trustees under Declaration of Trust dated
October 8, 1976, as to an undivided 7% interest; and Gary Robertson and Brian Robertson,
co-successor trustees of the Elsie M. Kelly Irrevocable Trust dated June 19, 1989, as to an
undivided 43% interest, as owners, have made an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to the City
of Carlsbad of the following described property:
That portion of Parcel 2 of lot line adjustment ADJ 01-13 per Certificate of
Compliance CE 01-55, recorded November 28, 2001 as File No. 2001-086065, in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California and as further
described on the Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Real Property for a Northeast
Quadrant Park, recorded in San Diego County on August 14, 2008, as Document
No. 2008-0435946
AND, WHEREAS, such offer is for the purpose of a future North East Quadrant Public
Park in the City of Carlsbad
AND, WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad intends to use the above described property for
the purpose herein described:
A Public Park
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, hereby accepts the
Irrevocable Offer of Dedication from Gary Robertson and Brian Robertson and authorizes the
City Clerk to execute this acceptance.
