Acceptance of Offer of Dedication
Whereas, Continental Homes , as owners, have made an Offer of
Dedication of the following described property:
Easement for trail purposes as shown on CT 93-04, Rancho Carrillo Villages “E & F” in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, state of California according to the map
thereof No. 13833 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, August
IO, 1999.
And, whereas, such offer is for the purpose of Trail Easements.
And, whereas, the City of Carlsbad, State of California hereby accepts the Offer of Dedication
from Continental Homes and authorizes the City Clerk to execute this
acce p ta n ce .
