original Trustee, and CITY OF CARLSBAD was the original beneficiary under that certain Deed of
Trust dated October 1, 1994 and recorded on November 4. 1994 as Instrument No. 1994-0645101 of
Official Records of SAN DIEGO County, California, describing land therein as: 6421 Tobria Terrace.
Carlsbad. CA 92009. or moro fully dooefibcd on the attached page marked "ExhJbJtW; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said deed of trust in
place of Chicago Title Company.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitute(s) itself as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and
does hereby RECONVEY, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate
now held by it thereunder.
