original Trustee, and CITY OF CARLSBAD was the original beneficiary under that certain Deed of
Trust dated October 28. 1994 and recorded on November 4. 1994 as Instrument No. 1994-0645102 of
Official Records of SAN DIEGO County, California, describing land therein as: 6421 Tobria Terrace,
Carlsbad. CA 920Q9.^r more fully dcocribod on tho attachf rl nnrip marked "Fxhihit A"; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said deed of trust in
place of Chicago Title Company.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitute(s) as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and does
hereby RECONVEY, without warranty, to the persoj^-of persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now
held by it thereunder.
