In consideration of the sum of Five (|5,00)
Dollars, receipt #iereof is hereby acknowledged,
W. S. Kelly and Lavinla J. Kelly, optionors in that
certain option relating to the Calavera reservoir
alte, dated February 6, 1930, and recorded February
11, 1930, in Book 1727, Page 484, of Deeds-Records
of San Diego County, in which said option the
Oceanside Mutual Water Company, a corporation, is
named as optionee, do hereby extend the term of the
said option for a period of thirty (30) days from
and after the expiration date therein fixed, it
being the intent hereof that, except as to the ex-
tension of time, the terms of the said option shall
be unmodified.
