("Beneficiary"), as beneficiaq under that certain Deed of Trust dated November 5th 1988, executed
by Fieldstone& Costa Associates Limited Partnershin a California limited partnership, as Trustor, for
the benefit of Beneficiary, and recorded November 17th 1988, as Instrument No. 88-592631, in the
O€ticial Records of San Dieao County, California (the "Deed of Trust"), hereby substitutes
Beneficiary, whose address is 333 South Beaudn, Avenue. 21st Floor. LQS Angela. CA 90017, as
trustee ("Trustee") under the Deed of Trust in the place and stead of the original trustee. Trustee, as
trustee under the Deed of Trust, having been requested by Beneficiary to reconvey a portion of the
estate held thereunder, hereby reconveys to the person or.persons legally entitled thereto, without
warranty, that portion of the estate, title and interest now held by Trustee and desmid in the attached
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
