Upon a breach of any of the Foregoing conditions, the title to said property hereby conveyed, and {he whole thereof, sha!l revert a.r in the Erst party, its successors or assigcs. No forfeiture shall occur, however, under any breach aforesaid, unless second party shall refusc lect far ninety (90) days after wxitten notice thereof (by any person or corporation herein given the right to have said breach abated or rea to abate and remedy the breach complained of; nor shall such forfeiture operate against a valid mortgage or deed of trust upon said pro: be invoked against a mortgagee or trustee, in good faith thereof; but should title to said property be acquired by foreclosure of any mor deed of trust, or otherwise, the title so acquired shall ttereafter be and become subject to all the provisions, conditions and covenants hereo same manner as though it had been acquired by direcs grant from second part Y .
