sole and separate property, hereby grants to CARLSBAD MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT, a municipal water district, organized
and existing under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911
as amended, the following described real property in the
County of San Diego, State of California, described as

onda, according to Map No. 823, filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Diego
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at Point 3 of Lot C of Rancho Agua Hedionda, as shown on Record of Sur- vey Map No. 6478, filed in the Office of the Recorder of said county; thence
North 89O56'40" East 917.02 feet; thence North 70°40"19" East 227.59 feet: thence

This is' to certify that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed, dated April 5, 1972, from IDA DAWSON, a
married woman, as her sole and separate property, as Grantor,
to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a Municipal Water District
organized and existing under the Municipal Water District Act of
1911, as amended, is hereby accepted by order of the Board of
Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT on April 5, 1972,
and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.
