IMPERIAL SECURITIES CORPORATION
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED
The undersigned hereby states and certifies:
(i) that I am the duly appointed, qualified and acting Secretary of
the Costa Real Municipal Water District (the "District"), a municipal water
district and a political subdivision of the State of California, and as such,
I am familiar with the facts herein certified and am authorized to certify the
same;
(ii) that the interest in real property conveyed by that certain grant
deed dated May 24, 1984, from Imperial Securities Corporation to the District,
is hereby accepted by the undersigned on behalf and by order of the District
on April 4, 1984, pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 450, "A
Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Municipal Water
District Approving and Directing Execution of Financing Documents Pertaining
to the Three Reservoirs and Related Facilities and Property", adopted April 4,
1984, and the District, as grantee, consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer.
