As we discussed on the phone, the documents I sent to the Clerk’s Office for recordation were provided to
Karen,
me by the County of San Diego, which administered a home rehabilitation program for the City that was
funded by the City’s CDBG and HOME funds.
The rehab program has been terminated and the City now administers the loans which are still outstanding. That is why we are transferring assignment of deed of trust on the properties that were improved through the program.
Thanks for your help and please feel free to let me know if you need more info.
