If said PURCHASER elects to purchase said property at the price and within the tine specified, the said PURCHASER shall give said SELLER due notice, in writing, whereupon thirty (30) days after the exercising of this option, said PURCHASER shall be allowed to examine title to said property and report any valid objection thereto, if any, to said SELLER.
