Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of that said certain parcel of land conveyed to W, D, Cannon by deed recorded in Book 2975, page L of said Official Records, which point bears North 66°54'10tg East, 17 feet; thence North 23°05'05g1 West, 631.41 feet from above described "Point A"; thence from said goint of beginnin; South 65°22'5011 West, 17.01 feet; thence South 66 54'52" West, 1820.17 feet to a point on the Easterly line of the hereinabove described property conveyed to San Diego Gas 6 Electric Company by deed recorded in Book 2974, Page 493 of said Official Records, which point is also on the Westerly line of the right of way of thl
said Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway; said point being North 23"06' West along the said Westerly Railroad right of way line, a distance of 571,45 feet from the most Southerly corner of said property conveyed to San Diego Gas 6 Electric Company by deed rec- orded in Book 2974, Page 493 of said Official Records; excepting
from said pipe line right of way any portion thereof not lying within the property of the grantor herein, as granted by the San Diego Gas 6 Electric Company, a Corporation.
