The, .Joint Powers Agreement mentioned is filed in a binder labeled "Carlsbad Building Authority Transcript". Date Abo 3 19 53 Please see the Joint Powers Agreement with San Diego County which created & set forth procedures for the Carlsbad Building Authority. (Recorded on January 9, 1968 as file 4660, Series 9 Book 1968 at the County Recorder's Office.) Section 6 of this agreement instructs the Building Authority to use the quitclaim format to release all interests to the City. Other Sections of the agreement indicate that City Hall buildings as well as the land they sit on are Building Authority interests.
