THIS INDENTURE, made the 30th day of August, 1915, between
CHARL7;:S FORTuUTJ, of Los hgeles, California, the party of the first
part, and CHARLES E. CULVER, of the City of Los Angeles, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, the party of the second part ,
WITN3SSSTE: That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, gold coin
of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has remised, released and forever quitclaimed, and by
these presents does remise, release and forever quitclaim, unto
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns,
all those certain lots, pieces, or parcels of land, situate, lying
and being in the County of San Diego, and State of California, and 0
bounded and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
1st. The Southwest quarter (SOW.&) of the Northwest quarter (NOW.$); the East half (E.-:-) of t.he Southwest Quarter (SOW.$),
and Lot 1 of Section 31, Township 9 South, Range 1 Usst, S.B.N., and that portion of the liortheast quarter of Section 36, Town- ship 9 South, Range 2 .-;est, S. B. !?I. described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Sortheast quarter (N.E.4); rods to the San Luis Rey River; thence !7est 29.63 rods;
Xortheast (LE.%); thence East 29.63 rode to point of com- mencexent ;
thence North along the East line thereof 27
% thence South 27 rods to a point on tke South line of sailt
2nd. Fractional trianpular lot three (3) lying in the Xortheast quarter (N.E& of the Northwest quarter (N.f:i.3) adjacent to the Northeasterly boundary line of the Guajome
Rancho in Section Two (2) , Township Eleven (11) Sout&, Range Four (4) West, S. B. U.
TOGETIiIB with all and singular the tenements, herecitaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the estate,
right, title interest, property possession, claim and
