EXHIBIT "A"
An easement for water pipelines, aqueducts, pole lines,
subways, conduits and appurtenances granted to the Carlsbad
Mutual Water Company, a Corporation, recorded in the Office
of the Recorder, San Diego County, California, August 4, 1938,
in Book 804, Page 199, of Official Records contained within
a portion of Lot I, Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, and within
a portion of Carlsbad Estates, Map 3019, described as follows: *
Beginning at an 8" iron pipe filled with concrete, said iron
pipe being the Southeast corner of Tract 256, Thum Lands, as
per Map 1681, records of San Diego County; thence South
23O33' East 13.08 feet to a point; thence South 26O11' West
791.53 feet to a point; thence North 28O39' West 12.23 feet
to the most Southerly corner of said Tract 256, Thum Lands;
thence North 26O11' East along the Southeasterly line of said
Tract 256 a distance of 792.93 feet to the Point of Beginning.
