This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Quitclaim Deed Terminating Lease Agreement, dated January 20, 2006,
from Dale A. and Jennifer T. Perrigo, Lessee of Lease Agreement dated

hereby accepted by the City of Carlsbad, California, and the Lessee
consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
