forever quitclaims to COSIA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER. DISTRICT, a State Agency of the State
of California, all of its rights in that certain easement dated April ^-, 1978 and recorded
as Document No. 78-3^3907 on August 21, 1978, Official Records of said County, and more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of the strip of land 30 feet wide in.that certain portion of Rancho Agua
Hedionda, in the County of San Diego, State of California, as shown on Map 823 Official
Records of said County, said certain portion as described in Deed to DAON DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Canadian Corporation, Recorded November 30, 1976, Recorder's file No.
76-3995285 as conveyed to San Diego County Water Authority by said document.
Said strip of land 30 feet wide described as follows:
The westerly 36.00 feet of the southerly 30 feet of said DAON land.
