WATER AUTHORITY, a State Agency of the State of California, hereby remises, releases and
forever quitclaims to COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a State Agency of the State
of California, all of its rights in C'portican. of that certaiC-easement dated March 20, 1978
and recorded as Document No. ?8-35?88l on August 22, 1978, Official Records of said County,
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL!
A portion.of the strip of land 30 feet wide in that certain portion of Rancho Agua
Hedionda, in the County of San Diego, State of California, as shown on Map 823 Official
Records of said County, said certain portion described in Deed to SDNSET HELLS, LTD.,
Recorded February 16, 1971, Recorder's File No. 28182, said strip of land 30 feet wide lying
15 feet on each side, measured at right angles, from the following described survey line:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly boundary of said SUNSET HILLS, LTD., land,
distant thereon North 33 29'32" East 3,23^-.JfO feet from the angle point in said easterly
boundary formed by record bearings South 32 56'25" West and South CO 09'30" East; thence
along said survey line North 56^2'23" West, 3,356.95 feet to Point A, said point being
Engineer's Station 230+58.^-1 on said survev line and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing along said survey line North 56^-2'23" West, 56.38 feet; thence South 85°56'12"
West, 1,6)47.71 feet to Engineer's Station 2^7+62.50, a point on the westerly boundary of
said SUNSET HILLS, LTD. land, said point being the end point of the above described survey
line, said point lying distant along said line North 00 CM3k" East, 1f,985.l+6 feet from the
southwest comer of said SUNSET HILLS, LTD. LAND.
The side lines of the above described 30 foot wide strip of land shall be prolonged or
shortened so as to terminate easterly and westerly respectively, in the southeasterly and
westerly boundaries of SUNSET HELLS, LTD. land.
PARCEL 2
As a permanent easement a parcel of land 30 feet wide in said SUNSET HILLS, LTD. Land.
Said parcel of land being described as Parcel 3 in said document to San Diego County Water
Authority, Recorded August 22, 1978, Recorder's File No. 78-355881 and further described as
follows: The easterly 30 feet wide strip of said SDNSET HILLS, LTD. land lying southerly
of the southerly line of Parcel 1 described, in said document.
EXCEPTING therefrom the southerly 660 feet thereof.
